• Children in attendance in schools, preschools, childcare facilities and Head Start programs in Oregon are required by law to have certain vaccinations. Nearly every place that provides care for a child outside the home requires vaccination or a medical or non-medical exemption to stay enrolled. If these guidelines are not met, your child may be excluded from attending these facilities. See the link below for more information.
